I am a Certified Health and Lifestyle Coach and I have dedicated myself to helping you explore your relationship with food and show you how incredible it is to crave healthy whole foods instead of foods that deteriorate your health. Healthy is a decision, and it’s one you can choose to make today!

My Why...

I struggled with unhealthy eating and being overweight for many years . I was an overweight child and well into my early teenage years. It was then that I discovered some unhealthy eating habits which allowed me to shed weight quickly. Before long, I gained that weight back and continued to struggle with my weight and my self esteem. I’ve used food to comfort me when I needed comfort. I viewed food as the enemy, creating guilt within myself when I wasn’t ‘good’..Sound familiar?

I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes when I was expecting my first child. That was my wakeup call and early insight into what my body thought about how I was eating and what the repercussions of this were going to potentially be down the road. In my heart, I knew something had to change.

Years later after struggling with my weight and fad diets that never worked, I discovered something that changed everything and made things possible in my life that I never believed could be.

I began to follow through in a way I had never done before.

I turned my health around and went from a size 16 to a size 10.

I found more energy, more clarity and more self confidence than I had in years.

I began to love moving my body, and move in whatever way was most fun for me.

I began to treat my body as the temple that it is, making sure that I gave it what it needed and wanted to be nourished internally and externally.

Don’t get me wrong, I still have days where I eat foods that are not optimal for my health .. we are all human right ? The goal is to make sure your healthy habits outnumber the unhealthy ones.

I want to empower women like you to begin nourishing and loving your  life, your  body, your health and yourself.  I would be privileged to be part of your journey to health. ❤️
